Address Verification - Capturing GPS Coordinates

Capturing of Longitude and Latitude coordinates is done using custom software designed to allow pinpointing of the specific location requested by the client.  We can capture coordinates from the building center, front door or drive way.  Because our method uses the GIS Aerial Photography and visual queues from being on-site , their are no errors introduced by normal GPS accuracy issues.
