How many turnkey projects have your companies successfully completed?

In the past 30 years, we have appraised over 2 million properties and successfully completed over 150 turn key appraisal projects.  During this time, we have also augmented in house reappraisal projects by providing field appraisers, clerical assistance, and market analysis.

Do you supply data entry clerks and other clerical staff?

We take pride in delivering custom solutions and can easily provide data entry and clerical staff.  Depending on the preference of your locality, we are also happy to work with any resources you may want to provide.

How many of your staff members will my jurisdiction require?

The staffing requirements are always determined by our client's needs. Some of the factors are time until effective date, size, parcel density, terrain, quality of existing tax and GIS data, and availability of your tax office staff.  Our large staff offers us flexibility to complete your reappraisal project even in a narrow time frame.

What types of properties do you appraise?

With 30 years in the mass appraisal industry, we are fully qualified to appraise
