What sets your system apart from others on the market?

Beyond our reconfigurability, we strive for the highest usability.  We provide both a high speed keyboard only, code driven data entry system and a point and click interface with drop down menus.  But we feel it’s the little things that really set us apart.  We also provide pop up help for all fields in the system and can even program the valuation system to alert users when common errors occur, such as the absence of a build date on a structure.

What database does your system use?

Our system uses a standard ODBC connection, which allows us the ability to work with Microsoft SQL and MySQL databases.  These two databases give us the option of working with an existing Microsoft SQL server the locality may have, or providing a very low cost MySQL open source solution.  The MySQL option is a lower cost solution for cost conscious localities.

Is your system Windows based?

Yes.  Our system was designed and built from the ground up in Microsoft Windows and is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Is reconfigurability expensive?

No.  The ability to configure a system such as ours does require more front end work for our programming staff; however, it eliminates the need for custom programming and most importantly, it eliminates the data conversion process which often causes not only head ache, but often times, loss of the data already collected by your staff.

Ultimately, our staff is able to take the time used for a data conversion, and spend it on customizing a system that works best for your locality.
